From Los Angeles to Seattle

April 21, 2017

Since arriving in America, I've really hit the ground running. The trip started with a demonstration at The Awakenings metaphysical store. It is such a lovely community of people, and I really enjoyed it. It was great to see the demonstration room packed out with people, and it always amazing me how excited and grateful the audiences are in America; it certainly does create a wonderful atmosphere to work in.

Alongside the demonstration I also took a four day seminar at the Marriott Hotel in Torrance, Los Angeles, and a one day mediumship clinic. It is always amazing to watch people grow, and during the five days that certainly happened, not just mediumisticly but also personally. I have to say a massive thank  you to Alyson for organising this trip, and to the students for participating on the seminar, listening, and working hard to take on board the teaching. I just hope that the students now work hard on embedding this into their practise so that it becomes a natural part of their mediumistic expression. I really enjoyed the seminar and look forward to working with the students again.

Being April, and inspired by the seminar in LA, I have been writing my free download for April, which I have decided will explore the relationship between personal development and the medium. I have nearly finished it now - it has been hard to do it while being away from home. For those on the mailing list you will receive this in the next week or so, and for those that aren't it will also be posted via Facebook :)

Our stint in LA ended by two fun demonstrations with Cindy Kaza, one at Soho House, and the other at the Improv in Brea. Soho House is such an amazing space, and as many of the members are creatives, it is also full of interesting people. There was a real interest at Soho House for mediumship: the screening room is an intimate space and holds around 60 people, but there was a waiting list of 200 members who wanted to attend. For those who couldn't, hopefully there will be some other opportunities int he future, but thank you to everybody for being wonderful participants and creating a great energy to work in. The Improv in Brea was a high energy demonstration. We had a great turnout of 300 people, most of whom had never been to a demonstration before. It is always satisfying to demonstrate to people who have never witnessed mediumship before, and I really enjoyed working and hanging out with Cindy. Thank you for sharing your demonstrations with me at Soho House and the Improv; I've thoroughly enjoyed them!

I flew out to Seattle yesterday to do a three-day intensive seminar, alongside a demonstration this evening and tomorrow. I then fly back to LA to demonstrate with Colby at Santa Barbara, and the final demonstration its Cindy at the Improv in Oxnard.

It has been a whirlwind trip so far, met lots of fantastic people, a massive thank you again to Alyson for organising everything, Denise in Seattle for helping to arrange the demonstrations, to Cindy and Colby for demonstrating with me and being great friends, and to everybody I have met. Thoroughly enjoying my time here. The biggest thank you to those in the unseen world for allowing me to work with them. I feel very blessed.
